At Gahmy LLC, we strive to provide exceptional marketing, copywriting, and media buying services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for services purchased through gahmy.com.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Gahmy LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.


1. Nature of Services

Gahmy LLC provides professional digital services, including marketing strategy consultancy, sales copywriting, video production, and managed advertising campaigns. Because these services involve professional labor, creative production, and reserved agency time, refund eligibility is strictly defined as follows.


2. Marketing Consultancy & Strategy

  • Refund Eligibility: For strategy sessions or marketing plans, a full refund may be requested only if the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled onboarding or consultation.

  • Non-Refundable: Once the consultancy or strategy work has commenced (e.g., initial research, onboarding calls, or delivery of the strategic roadmap), the service fees are considered earned and non-refundable.


3. Creative Production & Copywriting

  • Custom Deliverables: Services such as custom sales copy, commercial videos, or brand assets are highly personalized.

  • Revision Policy: We do not offer refunds once the creative production has started. However, we provide a specified number of revisions (as outlined in your service agreement) to ensure the final deliverable meets your business requirements.

  • Final Delivery: Once final assets are delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


4. Managed Advertising (Media Buying)

  • Management Fees: Fees paid to Gahmy LLC for managing ad campaigns (Media Buying) are non-refundable once the campaign setup is complete or the management period has begun.

  • Third-Party Ad Spend: Crucial Note: Gahmy LLC is not responsible for and cannot refund any "Ad Spend" paid directly to platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok. Any issues regarding ad spend budgets must be addressed directly with the respective advertising platform.


5. Marketing Education & Courses

For clients enrolled in our digital marketing courses:

  • Eligibility: A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that the user has consumed less than 20% of the course content.

  • Access: Once a certificate is issued or more than 20% of the material is accessed, the course fee becomes non-refundable.


6. Refund Processing

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.


7. Cancellations

Clients on monthly retainer plans may cancel their subscription with a 30-day prior notice. Fees for the current active month are non-refundable, and services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.


8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately to reach a fair resolution. We aim to address all concerns before any formal payment dispute or chargeback is initiated.
